Technology Plan Progress Report

Columbia State Community
College implemented the Academic Services Instructional Technology Plan in
August 2003. This plan was designed with several objectives in mind, which
included training faculty to use applications essential to job performance,
enhancement of the curriculum, strengthening instructional delivery and
fostering greater communication. In the brief time since the plan was
implemented, we have made astronomical strides in achieving the goals which
were established at the beginning. These goals have become a reality
with the investment of an enormous amount of time, energy and commitment.

The Distance Education department will send
the Annual Faculty Technology Survey to all faculty electronically.

Survey software has been purchased and is supported by the FITT center

Faculty will submit an Annual Faculty Technology Survey to
the Distance Education department. |

The Distance Education department will
maintain a database and distribute survey results to all Division Chairs. |

the Columbia campus to accommodate students enrolled in AIDM courses. |
