Print to one page and save a tree!

 If your WORD document is slightly over one page long, WORD can help you change the font size to make your paper just one page long.

 Click on File, and click on Print Preview. You will see a toolbar, like the one below, in the upper left corner of the page. On it, there is a small icon called Shrink to Fit.  The icon is the second to the left of the word Close and it has an arrow point to one page.

One click and WORD will automatically resize your font so it all fits on one page.
